MANILA, Philippines — A truck containing 21,000 liters of unmarked and smuggled diesel fuel was seized by the authorities last July in Tondo Manila, the Bureau of Customs (BOC) said on Thursday.  The. BOC said the intercepted diesel fuel was subjected to marking tests — both field and confirmatory.  The first three compartments with 16,000 liters of unmarked fuel were tested last July 10 and 12, while another compartment with 5,000 liters was also examined on July 19. All showed failed results.
