MANILA, Philippines—Filipino prospect Judy Flores edged Jerald Paclar to capture the vacant Philippine Boxing Federation super flyweight crown late Saturday night. Flores earned a split decision win in the main event of Manny Pacquiao Presents Blow-By-Blow at Barangay Mauway Executive Sports Complex in Mandaluyong City. The victory boosted Flores' record to 13-1 with seven knockouts while the loss dropped Paclar's mark to 16-7-4 with nine knockouts. The 24-year-old Flores has now won three in a row since falling to Antonio Nieves by unanimous decision in May of last year in Cleveland, Ohio.
