PUERTO PRINCESA CITY — Five people died while five others were injured in a vehicular accident on the national highway in Brooke's Point town in Palawan province on Saturday night (May 20), a police report said. The accident occurred in Barangay (village) Malis at around 7:50 p.m. and involved a Yamaha motorcycle driven by Gabriel Suay, 19, with back rider Jenny Boy Marcos, 20, and a top-down tricycle, according to the report released Sunday. Aboard the tricycle were driver Nelio Ame, 23, and his passengers Louie Jay Abis, 22; Zera Adonis, 18; Venny Dubria, 28; Rey Jeven Longgageng, 19; Dorothy Joy Vidal; and two other minors aged 16 and 17 years old, all residents of Brooke's Point.
