LEGAZPI CITY – Authorities arrested two suspected drug personalities and recovered P33,500 worth of shabu (crystal meth) in separate buy-bust operations on Good Friday, April 7, in Baao town in Camarines Sur province. Colonel Julius Caesar Domingo, Camarines Sur police chief, said in a report that Jay Vargas, 22, was arrested after selling a sachet of shabu worth P500 in Barangay (village) Sagrada at around 6:45 p.m. Authorities recovered a total of P1,500 worth of shabu from the suspect.
