MANILA, Philippines — Negotiations for about 2 million bivalent vaccines against COVID-19 are ongoing, said Health Secretary Teodoro Herbosa on Wednesday. According to Herbosa, the vaccines will not come directly from any national government but from the World Health Organization's (WHO) Covax. 'Mayroon akong naririnig na 2 million in negotiation, 2 million doses. I cannot tell you the date, but we are waiting for that. Covax will help get that 2 million,' said Herbosa during an ambush interview at the launch of bivalent vaccination at the Philippine Heart Center in Quezon City.
