Quezon province map. INQUIRER FILE PHOTO LUCENA CITY — The Quezon police arrested 1,120 suspected criminals and seized more than P11.5 million worth of illegal drugs in the province in July. Colonel Ledon Monte, Quezon police chief, in a report on Tuesday, Aug. 1, said they nabbed 107 suspected drug traffickers and confiscated 567.47 grams of shabu (crystal meth) and 6.20 grams of marijuana in 89 buy-bust operations in 39 towns and two cities from July 1 to 31. The confiscated illegal drugs were worth about P11,537,820 in the street market.
