The summit is staged to ensure that Cabrillo's programs plan for the future of the workforce and ensure that graduates have the skills and competencies for the demands and expectations of tomorrow’s workplaces. Lunch for the attendees was prepared by the college's Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management students.
