[Photo by Han Joo-hyung] Starting next month, South Korean electric vehicle (EV) owners will be able to access EV chargers run by different operators with a single membership procedure, thanks to a nation-wide agreement reached between the government and charging station operators for a unified charging service.If individuals are already members of companies participating in the agreement, no additional procedure is required to sign up.On Thursday, the Ministry of Environment signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the service with 86 EV charging station operators at the JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul.
