April 15, 2023 Perhaps many of us had experienced being attended by government officials or employees who are somewhat arrogant or "mataray" in its other sense. Some are too much of that as if they own the government and the position that they were merely entrusted with. Their days are now numbered should the "Anti-Taray" Bill becomes a law. A person who is spelled with "taray" can be defined as contemptuous, snobbish, arrogant or shrewd. He often speaks in a high-pitched, boastful or shaming voice, which makes one a victim of humiliation.
