They have, however, been placed on probation.The more than 50 security guards demanded a salary increase after learning that only seven employees received an increase.A letter signed by senior operational manager Herman Nortje, and given to workers yesterday, says the employees' services were terminated with immediate effect for not adhering to the company's request.
