KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 4): Malaysia's real estate sector showed promising signs of growth and resilience during the first half of this year (1H2023), well supported by a favourable economic landscape, according to Knight Frank Malaysia. In a media statement on the 'Real Estate Highlights 1st Half of 2023' report by Knight Frank Malaysia, the property consultancy attributed the good performance of the real estate sector in 1H2023 to strong economic growth momentum, underpinned by a strong pickup in domestic demand, improving labour market conditions as well as favourable policy support.
