February's numbers showed China's manufacturing sector registered its largest growth in a decade.So, this may be a good time to remind China's President Xi Jinping of something I warned him about just 15 months ago.And way more importantly, this may be the perfect time to suggest that he consider a totally new way of approaching his ever-tense relations with that certain large island just off China's coast.
