According to Virginia Tech News, JP's Chop House in the West End at Cochrane Hall now serves exclusively gluten-free options. The restaurant has not yet announced its new gluten-free menu, but will continue to serve the same items. 'Our goal is to maintain the same standard and quality, but make sure we serve as many different students, faculty, staff and visitors as possible,' West End Executive Chef Scott Surratt told Virginia Tech News. 'I want everyone to feel safe and able to eat the foods that meet their personal needs.
