News - National | 2023-02-19 REHOBOTH Urban constituency councillor Harald Kambrude yesterday said his office would no longer distribute free condoms supplied by the Ministry of Health and Social Services to young boys who want to have sex. Kambrude, who is from the Landless People's Movement (LPM), said those who have sex do so by choice, while women have no choice regarding menstruation.'Condoms have been moved to the storeroom. I will not distribute any condoms until such time that my government provides free sanitary pads,' he said.
