Lives depend on it.      Interstates        I-89 Brookfield-Montpelier – Motorists can expect lane closures Monday through Friday, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., with uneven lanes and a grooved surface on the on- and off-ramps. The speed limit is reduced to 55 mph in the work zone.
