Dressed in traditional costumes, 580 dancers gathered in the Plaza Bicentenario in the Paraguayan capital and performed the traditional Bottle Dance, in which each of them carried a tower of glass bottles on her head. The jury of the Official World Record (OWR) organization - which followed the event live from Spain - gave its verdict, and announced that Paraguay had achieved the world record.
