Eyes-on-Heritage foundation library in Gaza CityA Palestinian works on a book as part of a group of researchers of the Eyes-on-Heritage foundation in Gaza City, 10 July 2023. Led by a team of women, the foundation restores and archives ancient books and manuscripts. The Eyes-on-Heritage library is funded by the Endangered Archives Programme of the British Library and Hill Museum and Manuscript Library in Gaza. The collection of Eyes-on-Heritage contains rare manuscripts, and books, and valuable archival documents and historical records examining the history of Palestine through the 20th century.
