First appeal trial of a shareholder derivative lawsuit ordered by the Tokyo District CourtPlaintiff of a shareholder derivative lawsuit ordered by the Tokyo District Court to pay about 13 trillion yen to four former management tops of Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) are on the way to the Tokyo High Court for the first appeal trial in Tokyo, Japan, 24 July 2023. Tokyo District Court had order four former management executives of the Tokyo Electric Power Company in July 2022. The four former executives are Chairman Tsunehisa Katsumata, President Masataka Shimizu, Vice Presidents Ichiro Takekuro and Sakae Muto.
