KUALA LUMPUR (April 18): Former banker Kevin Swampillai insisted in court on Tuesday (April 18) that he was 'categorically' never involved in any misappropriation involving his former employer BSI bank and 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB). Kevin, 58, who was the head of Wealth Management Services at BSI Singapore, testified during cross-examination at the 1MDB-Tanore trial at the High Court here, that he had never taken part in 1MDB linked misappropriations with the bank and only executed instructions given to him.
