The Skyline train stops at Hālaulani station at Leeward CC . The launch of the first phase of Honolulu's new mass transit system Skyline on June 30 will link two University of Hawaiʻi campuses. Leeward Community College has the rail station named Hālaulani (heavenly hālau) adjacent to the campus as well as the rail operations center. The Keoneʻae (fine, soft, powdery sand; also name of a previous village in the area) station near UH West Oʻahu includes access to a new TheBus Transit Center.
