LUMUT: The government will reopen the Malaysian Embassy in Iraq after the cabinet unanimously approved the plan, the Foreign Affairs minister said. Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir said he would lead a national delegation to Iraq on Aug 23 to finalise the details as well as to meet Iraq Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia' Al Sudani and Iraq's Foreign Minister, Dr Fuad Muhammad Hussein. Zambry said the meeting was a continuation of his previous meeting with Fuad who is also the Iraq Deputy Prime Minister in conjunction with the Ministerial Meeting of the Coordinating Bureau of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) in Azerbaijan last July.
