The Kingfisher baseball team kept its perfect district record intact last week with a home-and-home sweep over Woodward. The Jackets hit the road Monday and came back home with a 10-6 victory. At Homier Field Tuesday, it was a bit more dramatic in a 6-5 eight-inning win. The triumphs moved KHS to 6-0 in District 4A-4 games. The three sweeps - Woodward, Western Heights and Anadarko - came against teams with a combined 0-24 district record. Kingfisher's remaining district slate against Elk City, Weatherford and Clinton see those teams have a combined 18-0 district mark to date.
