Bayside's budding botanists are in for a treat. After the long, cold winter, there is no greater springtime celebration of nature at its finest than meandering through some of the bushlands in Bayside on a Wildflower Wander. As part of Bayside's annual Spring Opening program, the Wildflower Wanders series of events highlight local flora and fauna in our heathlands and reserves to vibrant advantage. Nature lovers can walk through remnant bushland and coastal vegetation and get a closer look at indigenous plants as they flower in spring.
