KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Wan Nurzila Wan Abd Rahman who ended her service as the director of Media and Strategic Communications at the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) appeared to have been made the scapegoat for the government's communications failure. During the 'Keluar Sekejap' podcast on Youtube today, former Umno leader Khairy Jamaluddin said this was seen as the case for Wan Nurzila, with PMO realising that the office's communications were not functioning well. He also said that her previous employment to former Umno leaders including Datuk Seri Najib Razak could have be used as a reason to make her step down from the position.
