About 7:15pm tonight, Monday 25 September 2023, police were called to a residence in Pitt Street, Kensington in relation to concerns for the welfare of a woman. Upon arrival at the scene, officers located an unresponsive adult male person, and immediately commenced providing him emergency first aid. St John WA personnel attended and took over the provision of emergency first aid, however the man could not be revived and died at the scene. The woman was located nearby, and her welfare has been confirmed.
