It's understood the 39-year-old was laying on the ground inspecting a stormwater drain when he was run over by a resident who was attempting to park their car. WorkSafe is investigating. The death is the 36th confirmed workplace fatality for 2023. There were 39 work-related deaths at the same time last year.
