Homicide Squad Detectives have charged a 21-year-old Northam man with one count of Murder in relation to the death of a 23-year-old man in Woodbridge on Saturday, 30 September 2023. It will be alleged, about 1.20am the accused struck the victim to the left side of his neck with a sharp object causing injury consistent with a stab wound. The victim was taken to hospital and operated on several times, sadly he died later that day from the injuries he sustained. The 21-year-old Northam man is due to appear in the Northbridge Magistrates Court on Sunday, 8 October 2023.
