A woman will appear in court today charged following a domestic related stabbing in Sydney's west yesterday. Just after 7pm (Wednesday 9 August 2023), emergency services were called to Kessell Avenue, Homebush West, after reports of a stabbing. Officers attached to Auburn Police Area Command attended and located a man with injuries to the head and neck. The 28-year-old man had reportedly been driving when he allegedly involved in an altercation with a woman – known to him. He was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics and taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
