MANILA, Philippines — In order to prevent the proliferation of fake news on social media, Senator Raffy Tulfo on Monday suggested the creation of a regulatory body that will oversee the content that vloggers in the Philippines produce. During the Senate committee on labor and human resources development's hearing on media workers' welfare act, Tulfo said many independent vloggers are responsible, but there are others who are heedless enough to spread false information online.  'There are many independent vloggers who are responsible.
