As part of the Parks and Gardens maintenance program, the City of Ballarat will be closing the Inclusive Play Space on Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18 October. This will enable Council's operations officers and external contractors to undertake routine maintenance works. City of Ballarat Mayor, Cr Des Hudson said the closure was necessary to undertake routine landscaping and maintenance. "We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the closure. However, the works are necessary to control broadleaf weeds, undertake top dressing works within the play space and to refresh the original garden beds," he said.
