GENERAL 23/09/2023 08:09 PM KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 23 (Bernama) -- The Tunku Abdul Rahman Foundation (YTAR) has empowered over 9,000 youths across Malaysia through various higher education financial assistance and programmes since its establishment in 1966. National Unity Minister Datuk Aaron Ago Dagang said YTAR, which is now under the ministry's stewardship, strives to honour the Malaysia's first former prime minister Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj's vision of a progressive Malaysia as enshrined in the Rukun Negara.
