Rosemount was on its way to the Class 2A girls state track and field meet at St. Michael-Albertville when it ran into a little trouble. The Irish's bus was driving in a bypass lane on Interstate 94 when an accident occurred ahead that shut down traffic. 'That was pretty crazy,' Irish junior Ava Cinnamo said. 'We were literally in a bus, stuck.' But they had to get to state. 'Everyone was going crazy,' Cinnamo said. 'I was like, ‘It's OK, guys. It's OK. Everyone stay calm.' ' The Irish coaches stopped traffic, and the girls jumped over concrete barriers and crossed I-94 to get to a nearby exit.
