The Mining and Energy Union's 2023 mine safety conference starts today, running until Thursday. About 70 Site Safety and Health Representatives from coal mines across Queensland are gathering in Rockhampton to discuss the latest issues in coal mine safety. They will participate in training and hear from mine safety experts.
