Rockhampton Regional Council is excited to announce the appointment of Angus Russell as Executive Manager of Advance Rockhampton. Rockhampton Region Mayor and Advance Rockhampton Portfolio Councillor, Tony Williams said he was looking forward to capitalising on Angus' extensive experience and expertise.
