He previously retired amid allegations of hush money and sexual misconduct on July 22, 2022. Bloomberg reports that shareholders have filed another lawsuit against McMahon. The suit stems from the allegations that McMahon paid to cover up sexual harassment allegations; in the new suit, the investors are seeking to 'sever their case from the consolidated action'.
