The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the northeast monsoon will continue to affect Luzon, noting that this would bring cool winds in the area especially at dawn and in the evening. 'Inaasahan natin bukas na magiging maganda at maaliwalas na panahon. Para sa buong araw, bahagyang maulap ang kalangitan pero may tsansa pa rin ng isolated na mahihinang pag-ulan,' Pagasa weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio said in a late Thursday afternoon public forecast.
