LEGAZPI CITY — Anti-narcotics operatives arrested two high-value drug personalities and recovered P510,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) on Saturday, March 11, in Jose Panganiban town in Camarines Norte province. In a report on Sunday, March 12, Lieutenant Colonel Maria Luisa Calubaquib, spokesperson of Bicol police, identified the suspects as Marlo Conge, 22, of Pasacao town in Camarines Sur; and Samuel Abdul, 32, a native of Jose Panganiban.
