LUCENA CITY – Police arrested an alleged 'high-value' target in the government's illegal drug war and confiscated P340,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) in a buy-bust operation in Antipolo City, Rizal on Monday, April 17. The Region 4A police said in a report Tuesday, April 18, that a team of anti-narcotics operatives collared Julius Joy Molina at around 9:37 p.m. after he allegedly sold P1,000 worth of shabu to a poseur buyer in Barangay (village) Cupang. Authorities seized from the suspect 11 plastic sachets of shabu weighing a total of 50 grams with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board value of P340,000.
