The Queensland Police Service (QPS) conducted a road safety operation on Kurilpa Bridge today, to reinforce the safety of pedestrians and Personal Mobility Device (PMD) users in the community. The operation conducted by Highway Patrol officers was coordinated during the September school holidays, a typically busier time with more road users out and about. It coincides with the QPS' annual Operation Spring Break, which involves high-visibility enforcement patrols to reduce high-risk driving behaviour and make our roads safer for everyone.
