MANILA, Philippines — The expanded number coding scheme is suspended on Friday, April 21, in observance of Eid'l Fitr or Feast of Ramadan, the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said. In a Facebook post on Monday, the MMDA announced the temporary suspension of the number coding scheme on April 21 as President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. earlier signed Proclamation No. 201, declaring that day as a regular holiday.
