Okay. I don't know if I need to change this to two topics. I have found that i cannot run an HP Diagnostic in Windows recently. Windows 10 Event Viewer had shown that there was some permissions troubles when it tried to start. I have read that this can be caused by permissions changes due to windows updates. There are errors in the event viewer that may be a reference to some conflict related to drivers or something. I had requested Microsoft support to help me in a chat recently, who provided remote help, and then he downloaded updates, that may have changed some things on my system like permissions.
