KUALA LUMPUR: The Youth and Sports Ministry has clarified that the decision to place National Sports Day (HSN) 2023 under the supervision of the Prime Minister's Department's Implementation Coordination Unit (ICU) in opposition states is made to ensure the efficient administration of federal government programmes. The ministry said the decision was made in a cabinet meeting previously. "The HSN 2023 will continue and be implemented in opposition states and the coordination of HSN 2023 will be chaired by the ICU as decided by the Cabinet previously.
