Werribee's Galvin Park Sexton Pavilion is scoring a massive expansion. Construction on the $5.7 million upgrade will commence this month and includes a second storey extension with a social room, committee room, kitchenette, timekeeper area and office. Other improvements include four new change rooms that will be accessible for all abilities, new umpire rooms, first-aid room and storage. In a nod to sustainability, all gas appliances will be replaced with electric and more than 60 solar panels will be added to the pavilion.
