Leeton Shire Council approved Development Application 69/2023 for a new childcare facility in Leeton. During its August meeting, Leeton Shire Council granted consent for the erection of the purpose-built childcare facility, along with essential carpark and landscaping works. The proposed site, located at 39-45 Brobenah Road, Leeton, will soon be transformed into a nurturing and stimulating environment designed to accommodate up to 79 children. There were one objection and one petition with concerns relating to traffic, parking and noise however these have been addressed through conditions of consent.
