The ACT Government will provide additional funding to Canberra United as they prepare for the launch of the 2023-24 A-League Women season. An additional $125,000 per year will be provided to Capital Football, increasing the performance partnership fee to $250,000 per year for the remaining two years of the current agreement. This is in recognition of the recent changes to the A-League Women competition including the addition of new teams, more home and away matches and increases to minimum competition standards.
