MANILA , Philippines -The Ayala Group's semiconductor and electronics manufacturing arm, Integrated Micro-Electronics Inc. (IMI), signed an agreement with US-based Zero Motorcycles Inc for the assembly of Zero electric motorcycles in the country, with the aim of beginning mass production by the second quarter of 2023. Zero Motorcycles, conceptualized in a garage in Santa Cruz, California, makes high-performance electric motorcycles. Prices listed on its website showed the bikes were priced at P1 million and above.
