(VOVWORLD) - Truc Bach ward in Ba Dinh district has launched an online medical station, the first of its kind in the capital city, Vietnam's current COVID-19 hotspot. The medical station has a Facebook fanpage and hotline. Nguyen Dan Huy, Chairman of Truc Bach ward, said the online medical station will reduce overload at the ward medical station and increase support for COVID-19 patients and their families. The model uses Facebook to give ward residents information related to pandemic prevention and control measures, and provide a guide to therapeutic physical and mental exercises and patient care.
