A rendered aerial view of Camp Hill, a rental housing project that will involve modular buildings made by Elements Europe, a British subsidiary of GS Engineering and Construction [GS E&C] Elements Europe, GS Engineering and Construction (GS E&C)'s steel frame modular subsidiary, won a $165 million deal to build rental modular houses in Britain, the construction company said Wednesday. The project, dubbed Camp Hill, is the largest modular housing project in Britain with a total of 550 rental housing units and commercial facilities in Birmingham.
