Time to make new Halloween plans. The crown for the most haunted roadway in America is in New Haven County, Jeremy Swamp Road, located in Southbury, according to a new ranking released by Travel & Leisure Magazine. The supposedly haunted road beats out nine other spooky spectacles across the midwest and west coast of the US. According to Travel & Leisure and urban legend, the Southbury stretch of pavement is known to be a spot where drivers break down and disappear while waiting for the tow truck to come.
