Certain Web pages (especially those visited regularly) were not loading correctly in Firefox (blank pages or missing graphics) but worked fine in Google Chrome. I reinstalled Firefox but that did not solve the problem. In fact, I lost my entire extensive browsing history even though I had not made any changes to any settings. After some Google searching, I understand there are various methods to recover lost browser history.
